Becca Sawyer – Head of SMB and Operations – Global Business Solutions, TikTok US
Becca Sawyer is the Head of SMB & Operations at TikTok, leading the SMB NA & EU teams as well as the AdOps and Monetization Integrity teams for NA.
Prior to TikTok, Becca spent 11 years at Facebook, building and leading a variety of support, operations, sales, and content moderation teams on both the user and the advertiser side of the business. She played a role in Facebook’s global growth helping to open offices around the world, including spending 2 years in LATAM (Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires) leading the MidMarket and SMB teams and opening Facebook’s first Latin American offices.
After Facebook she spent several years advising small businesses on how to scale and consulting with companies on transforming their shared services organizations. She graduated from Stanford with a BA in History.
