With over 16 years of experience in customer and retail analytics, she has extensive experience in applications of analytics in marketing and how it can help with personalized marketing. She studied Chemical Engineering and did an Executive Management Program from IIM Calcutta. She also received certifications from MIT and Columbia Engineering on short term programs in applied Data Science.
