Though born in New Jersey and having lived there until the age of five, after spending most of her life in Florida, AJ considers herself a semi-native. Starting at a young age, she has always been a creative and free spirit. In middle and high school, she enjoyed playing flute with the band and participating in the drama club both on and off-stage. After high school, AJ began college at Florida School of the Arts, where she majored in Costuming.

Wanting to put her creative juices to practical use, she switched majors and schools and ultimately graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Marketing: Advertising. She began working at a full-service advertising agency starting in 2004 and has since transitioned into digital marketing. Though she is experienced in writing and editing blogs, web pages, and QBRs, she focuses on editing content from the fantastic and talented writers on the Tandem SEO team. She loves having opportunities to write new content but also edit the work from the hive – helping bring it from really good to great!

Additionally, AJ is passionate about Tandem, and due to this, she has been actively partaking in the public relations efforts for the company. She wants to ensure you know what all of the buzz is about, which is why in 2023, “Buzz Ambassador” was added to her title. In her free time, AJ enjoys crafting. Her crafts enable her to express her love of creating and The Mouse. You know him. His name is Mickey. Her passion for all things Disney makes most of her crafts Disney-related. This includes heat transfer-designed shirts, hand-painted sneakers, and Mickey ear headbands from scratch.

AJ lives in Broward County with her husband, Andrew, and her utterly spoiled fur-baby, Carrie.
