“X” Marks the Spot: Best-selling Author Brian Solis Reveals “X” at the South Florida IMA

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (July 28, 2016) – The future of a company’s brand lies in the experiences Millennials have with it and are motivated to share. Global thought leader and best-selling author, Brian Solis, will discuss why when he presents on August 11 at the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association. Solis will explain why experiences matter, what an “experience” even means, and how companies can get better at creating them for a new generation of customers.

Marketers today are caught in a “Catch-22” of using new technology to be more creative and relevant, while also providing the content customers need to fully engage and align with a brand. Solis believes marketers represent the future of what he calls “experience architecture.”

He will reveal the following to help them take on the challenge:
